I am not sure if its quite what you are after, but in the Archive section of our Scrutiny web pages (www.newport.gov.uk/scrutiny) you will see an article written by a young student who spent 2 weeks with the Scrutiny Team as part of his work experience. We didnt video it sorry, but its quite a positive article.

Public-i list a number of LAs that they work with for webcasting - I have visited Lancashire County Council where they webcats scrutiny meetinsg hence why I knew about Public-i. http://www.public-i.info/clients.php
However, we have some young people co-opted onto our Children's Services Scrutiny Forum and they filmed a 'training session' for young people that involved an interview with the Chair of the Children's Services Scrutiny Forum (not quite a forum in action) and some other bits. Not seen the final video, but if you think that might help contact me (james DOT walsh AT hartlepool DOT gov DOT uk) and I'll see what I can do.

We have specifically filmed and produced a video of one of our scrutiny committee meetings showing a cabinet member member being interviewed and held to account as part of a scrutiny review.
