Public-i list a number of LAs that they work with for webcasting - I have visited Lancashire County Council where they webcats scrutiny meetinsg hence why I knew about Public-i. http://www.public-i.info/clients.php

However, we have some young people co-opted onto our Children's Services Scrutiny Forum and they filmed a 'training session' for young people that involved an interview with the Chair of the Children's Services Scrutiny Forum (not quite a forum in action) and some other bits.
