I feel like I'm just being a pain now, but the link you've added works in that it takes you to the list of Policy Briefings.

But, and here's where I'm being a pain, when I click the link to that actual document it takes me to a blank page.

Sorry, but at least it shows I'm interested in your briefing paper!
