CCfA - 'test of reasonableness'

RE: CCfA - 'test of reasonableness'
Excellent. Have we all agreed, then, that we're not going to worry about this any more?

I would be happy to draw a line under this one as you have all been ganging up on me and making me look daft.

First authority to have a CCfA judicially reviewed on the basis of an interpretation of the word "reasonable" wins a prize.

RE: CCfA - 'test of reasonableness'
But Ed, in ganing up on you, do you think we're being unreasonable? Or are we being vexatious?

I like to think I'm being the latter. So much more fun
