RE: CFPS Advisory Board
Quite right - no LSPs, CAAs or LAAs.

Devolved government with responsibilities for local government, health, education, social care, environment, regeneration etc etc

No health scrutiny powers.

And what is a CCfA?

More than a bit different I'd say......

RE: CFPS Advisory Board
Interesting point! We don't, in fact, have specific Welsh representation on the Advisory Board. Of course, we could say that we don't have specific English representation either. I think the way that things are currently set up, geographical representation comes up through the National Forum, with the Advisory Board being made up of reps from national (as in Uk-wide) organisations.

We do have a few councillor/officers reps from a number of places and to my knowledge no Welsh authorities are represented on the Board in this way. I'll discuss this with Tim.

Could be the west lothian question all over again.

Mind you if the English don't want their own assembly...
