Top of the CCfA pops?

RE: Top of the CCfA pops?
We have received 9 CCfA's the first 2 have been through the scrutiny process and are just awaiting a formal response (due 5th October). 2 have been rejected as they did not meet the CCfA criteria (current complaint and raised by a Councillor who was not the Ward Councillor and not prepared to refer to the Ward Councillors). The most common issues appear to be on Housing and Traffic.

Adam, it will be interesting too to see if there are any trends across the various types of council.

We had one enquiry (although technically just before the legislation actually came into force) that could have been CCfA (the Member did not make reference) but the complaint was still under investigation and had not exhausted all other avenues.

RE: Top of the CCfA pops?
Thanks for your responses so far, everyone - I have decided to set up a five minute survey to make people's experiences a little easier to assess.

It can be found here - http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=50...Qefg_3d_3d

Naturally this shouldn't stop you from adding any thoughts to this thread!

"Walk this Way" - Run DMC

Here at Lincolnshire we have had one CCfA which related to a Highways issue. The Member involved had been campaigning for a piece of footpath to be created near a school in his village . While it met the criteria set out in the legislation it was clear when it actually got to OSMC there were valid reasons for not pursuing it. However it made interesting debate.
