Hello everyone,

I'm pleased to announce that we have now published an inaugural District Bulletin - a quarterly publication aimed at colleagues in districts.

The aim is to mirror the opportunities to share best practice provided by the County and Unitary Network for those authorities, but, um, in paper form.

This first edition is a bit long. But it's very good. It includes contributions from four familiar colleagues. I'd be very happy to hear your thoughts on topics for future bulletins.

We are planning a mini-conference for districts in the spring. More anon.
