I would also support all 3 issues which you have raised. As I mentioned previously I am happy to be involved in the support for Districts idea - perhaps something could be set up in the near future to kick start this initiative involving the others who wanted to be involved?

I am setting myself an arbitrary deadline of 5 March for the legislative summary document - this sounds crazily generous but I have lots of stuff on in the meantime so it only really gives me about four days of solid time to work on it!

Any help appreciated - particularly on highlighting especially arcane areas of the law of which I may not be aware.
