Hi Adam

Yes, the clauses that were contained in the Health and Social Care Act 2001 were consolidated into the NHS Act 2006 (and given different section numbers within the new Act - for example 'old section 11' became section 242 and 'old section 7' became section 244)

The original regulations and Secretary of State direction about joint committees are still in force
