Our Constitution (which is based on the model constitution) allows for one minority report to be put forward, if desired, when scrutiny panels report to either Cabinet or Council. As far as I'm aware this rule has never been used.

Hi Dave

Here at Derbyshire Dales, we have provision within our Constitution for a minority report, but we have never had to use this provision.
