We have a pretty good relationship now with our Trusts, a key element of which has been getting to know the key contacts and establishing a degree of mutual respect. It hasn't always been like that though, I remember a few years ago when our Health OSC was in dispute with the local hospital about an issue. We ended up involving our SHA who intervened and they helped to sort things out.
