Clearly the CfPS object to performance indicators, as apparently there are banned words contained within my response! (I think Ed had the same problem when responding to a similar query in the past...)
I think this is the latest forum thread about performance indicators. In Hackney we have decided not to set & monitor targets (for most of the reasons outlined in the forum posts) but rather to complete short flowcharts called 'demonstrating our performance', which provide more qualitative examples of the impact we're making. Happy to provide a copy of the template if you'd like.
