I'd be interested to hear of OSCs that are beginning to work with their executives (and GPs) around this. Presumably OSCs already scrutinise joint commissioning arrangements where they exist and we could build on that experience?

Depending how much of the white paper ends up in the Health Bill, OSCs need to be thinking now about how they will scrutinise Health and Well Being Boards, GP Consortia and the NHS Commissioning Board. We are going to be looking for examples of where people are starting to work these things through.
