We haven't achieved the year round process yet, but we've improved on last year by taking Quality Accounts in two parts - once in January to discuss ideas for priorities and how Trusts are managing stakeholder engagement and then in April we'll be looking at the draft Accounts and councillors will decide whether to make a comment on each. We've taken the acute Trust, Healthcare Trust and Ambulance Trust Accounts to our City and County Joint Heatlh Scrutiny Committee and the main community services provider Account to our City Council Health and Adult Social Care Committee, as the provider boundary is the same as the local authority boundary. This is likely to be more complex next year, when we will have a number of different providers following the Transforming Community Services programme.
