Here in Eden we did not scrutinise the LDF for various reasons and this has led to many unhappy Members who are now realising what an important document this is.

We have scrutinised some of the documents that sit beneath the Core Strategy and the reviews have included data quality. The documents are:

a) Affordable Housing Policy - this was eventually subsumed into:

b) Housing Supplementary Planning Document

We are about to start on a review on the Housing Development Plan Document which will also, I imagine, include a data quality check.

Thanks for repsonding so quickly, that's good to know.

At this stage we're looking at the demographic and transport data that is being used for the LDF, but will contact you if this evolves into something larger!
