Hi

I urgently need a break down on some information in your Annual Report.

In Graph 2 on page 8 you show the % frequency of different types of Committee Structure.

I have the following questions:

Do you have the break down by LA that pertains to the responses - the excel spreadsheet you have a link to iis not specific. Our Chief Executive would like to be able to provide a list of who uses what model, so that they can be contacted if necessary.

Please could you explain the difference between the models that are entitled 'O&S Cttee that does all the work' (17%) and '1 O&S Cttee that commissions time ltd panels' (5%).
