CfPS has published three guides about different aspects of the health reforms
‘Achieving an Effective Health and Wellbeing Board’ expands on the ‘operating principles for health and wellbeing boards’ and looks at different aspects of Board development (for example leadership, democracy, equity and priorities) and suggests some questions that OSCs and others might ask.

'10 questions to ask about effective local Healthwatch’ looks at the various relationships councils will have with local Healthwatch and suggests some questions that OSCs and others might ask (for example about what local Healthwatch will do, the environment needed for local Healthwatch to flourish, funding and resources, the timeline for commissioning local Healthwatch).

‘Accountability and the New Structures’ is a joint CfPS/British Medical Association briefing for BMA members about accountability of Clinical Commissioning Groups looking at how the principles of transparency, inclusiveness and accountability can be built in to CCG development.
