information sharing protocols
I am supporting a review of child poverty. The issue of information sharing about vulnerable families between different agencies has been raised as a concern.

I wanted to know if any authorities have a protocol key partners support which gets the balance between maintaining required levels of protection for use of personal information and avoiding families needing to provide the same information to different agencies and also enable agencies to intervene early to prevent a crisis.

We have a pan-Leeds information sharing protocol and also a West Yorkshire protocol (which I uderstand health haven't yet signed up to). However the issue of information sharing still remains a significant problem which has come up in a number of discussions recently.
