Hi Folks

We're just starting on a review of the implementation of a new Post 16 transport policy. In particular, we're looking at how increased charges for transport could have affected the numbers of college admissions, or pupils choices of course. We're also trying to isolate these changes from a range of other factors such as the withdrawal of EMA and increase in University Tuition fees, as well as the opening of 4 new sixth forms!

I've had a good trawl through the online library - but has anyone got any experience of a review into this area?
