I've been asked to put together a briefing on how scrutiny is conducted at the Welsh Assembly and other local authorities that are conducting scrutiny in a particularly "revoluntionary" way to see if they are doing anything different to Birmingham.
I would be particularly interested in hearing from you if you are involved in or know of anything that could be of help.....there is a catch I need this info asap as the briefing needs to be done for tomorrow.
