welfare reform
The topic of welfare reform has been suggested as a possible topic for a review - I am interested in finding out from other authorities who may have started or are planning to review the impact - either a specific area of the change or the wider implications for their authority of the policy.

RE: welfare reform
Hi Earl - the topic is up for discussion at the meeting of the National Forum tomorrow, and we are currently preparing a Policy Briefing on the subject that will explore authorities who have carried out this work.

I'll feed back with more substantive info when I have it.
