NHS Networks has produced ‘No Engagement, No CCG’, a 10 minute video for Clinical Commissioning Groups about the importance of working with patients and the public. The Centre’s Acting Executive Director, Tim Gilling, contributed to the video, which can be viewed here

We can view it as have had social media viewing rights put on our computers after alot of nagging and business case writing (also downloaded chrome). Just watched it. I wonder if members of the public will really want to get involved or whether they just expect to receive a good service and actually don't like being forced to get involved and make suggestions when things have gone wrong . Our experience here so far is that the CCGs are keen to meet with Scrutiny so it's positive.
