Registering on the website:
Lets you access members-only sections within the scrutiny exchange and gives enhanced functionality on the website:

• add jobs
• join the forum
• add a review, create a cloud tag (link to definition)
• create a local authority page
• comment on news items
• add a wiki page

Finding information

Site search
Lets you search all the information on the website. The search box is available in the top right of every page. To use it, type keywords into the box and click 'Go'.
Search Library
Lets you search only within the reviews library by issue, title, region, local authority or year.  This feature is under the Scrutiny Exchange/library.

Helps you find your way around the website.

Accessing website content

  Downloading documents
• Opening documents
  This website uses standard document formats (for example, html, Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat). If your computer does not have software to open particular formats, you can download file readers from Microsoft or Adobe.
• Saving documents to your computer
  If you have a PC, right-click on the link to the document. If you have a Macintosh, hold down the mouse button over the link. In both cases, a popup menu will appear. Click 'Save target as' and choose a folder on your computer where you can save the document.
