Almost Six months since the first LINks are formed, and what is the experience to date? Brenda Cook and the TCI team host a special event to absorb the lessons of Authorities who went live in April, and provide pointers to those who have been in transition mode this summer. Key issues to be covered will include recruitment, governance, the role of host organisations and the integration of LINks into a comprehensive public engagement programme for a locality.
