Equity and Excellence – Health White Paper

CfPS has produced a short summary of 5 key themes in the health white paper ‘Equity and Excellence’:

  1. changing the structure of the NHS
  2. changing the culture of the NHS
  3. patients and the public at the heart
  4. commissioning
  5. new roles for councils 

The summary ends with 10 suggested questions that councillors might want to ask about the impact of implementing the proposals in their areas.
