Air Transport Users Council to be abolished – airline consumers to be represented by Passenger Focus

The Government are planning to abolish the Air Transport Users Council – the consumer representation body for airline passengers – with Passenger Focus stepping in to assimilate air transport into its remit as passenger complaints handler.
