CfPS sent an observer to the 2009 Conservative Party Conference in Manchester. These are some notes on key areas of interest.
The Conservative Party Conference was held from 5 - 8 October in Manchester.
We are able to provide some general notes here on the conference (both the main session and a selection of fringe events). What happens at fringe events is not, of course, an indication of likely future part policy, but it does provide an insight into the prevailing mood of many party members, political commentators and senior figures.
