Health and Social Care Reform Programme
CfPS has received funding from the Department of Health to help support scrutiny and accountability as the health system changes in response to the Health Bill. A key element of the work is to recruit 15 ‘Scrutiny Development Areas’ and provide in-depth support, advice and facilitation to them as they work through implementing the reforms locally. The programme aims to enable councils to develop their scrutiny role in relation to the modernised NHS, support councillors in relation to substantial development or reconfiguration of health services and capture early learning which can be spread more widely for the benefit of all local councils and partners.
We are currently recruiting for this programme. If you are interested in applying to be one of the new development areas – please click here for more information and notes on completing your expressions of interest.
Deadline for expressions of interest: 14th March 2012
