The Centre for Public Scrutiny promotes the value of scrutiny and accountability in modern and effective government and supports non-executives in their scrutiny role
The objectives of the review were:
• To review the partnership structures with particular reference to preventative services that promote independence for older people;
• To determine current practices in Swansea with particular reference to those described above;
• To examine the experience of service users, including service users from BME and disabled groups to determine the success of partnerships to delivering the above mentioned services;
• To examine the experience of service providers who work in partnership across organisational boundaries;
• To investigate and identify good practice amongst partnerships;
• To engage stakeholders across organisational boundaries
