The Centre for Public Scrutiny promotes the value of scrutiny and accountability in modern and effective government and supports non-executives in their scrutiny role
Working on the principle that nobody is as smart as everybody, the entire wiki section of this website has been constructed for the purpose of collaborative development.
That means giving you the opportunity to work with us and each other to develop templates, share experiences and suggest ideas that scrutiny practitioners can take away and put into practice.
In web terms, this is commonly achieved by using something called a wiki. Don't panic, it's not technical, it's very simple. In fact you're reading one right now.
A wiki is a type of website that allows users to add, remove, or otherwise edit all content, very quickly and easily - most famously employed in creating the website Wikipedia. This ease of interaction and operation makes a wiki an effective tool for collaborative writing.
To add or amend a page you must be logged into the website. If you are not registered please do so (top right of your screen) as this will enable you to take advantage of all the features of this website.
Now you should be ready to go. You can navigate the wiki section using add pages and using the links at the bottom of wiki pages.
